Working with Schools Strategically
The first session is being delivered by Greg Kirkman, who has been an Enterprise Adviser for five years and in addition to supporting two special schools in Northampton, he also supports the wider Northampton Enterprise Adviser Network and runs his own business Ensafe Consultants. In this first EA led workshop, Greg will explain how he works with his schools as an EA, what steps he takes to ensure he gets the best from the careers team, and how he works strategically to ensure that all students are given an opportunity to develop their employability skills.
