Engineering Experience is an annual residential event offering Year 12 students (lower sixth form) an opportunity to visit and stay overnight at one of the UK’s leading universities for engineering. During their stay they will visit several engineering departments and meet academics, students, and industry representatives to help them make decisions about which branch of engineering is of most interest to them.

We hope to run the event as a 2 day residential on our Loughborough campus but if, due to the pandemic, we need to change those plans a virtual event will take its place and successful applicants will automatically be awarded a place for that.

Places on the event are allocated based on the information students provide on the application form and we would like to invite Year 12/ Level 3 Year 1 BTEC students with an interest in studying engineering at degree level to apply.
