Engaging a Careers Link Governor – who, what, why and how?  This session will explore:

• Who are Careers Link Governors?

• What should they know?

• Why are they potentially so useful?

• How do I engage the right person and then maximise their impact?

The aims of the session are to be able to:

• Identify the key knowledge and understanding a governor requires to have greatest impact;

• Recognise the value of establishing a two-way dialogue with governors;

• Identify, secure and maximise the Link Governor role.
