Careers Hub Luton Career Leaders CPD Programme - 2021-2022

Summary

Over two twilight sessions, careers leaders will be supported to develop both long and short term learning sequence for careers.

This session will include opportunities to develop lesson planning, success criteria and formative assessment tools.

These sessions will draw upon the Gatsby Benchmarks.

Intended Outcomes

Careers leaders will develop a sequence of learning for use in their school.

This course is most suited to careers leaders who do not have a teaching background or who would like a refresher of the principles of lesson planning.
