Careers Hub Luton Career Leaders CPD Programme - 2021-2022

Summary

This session will support careers leaders to identify the key threads of their curriculum and consider how these might progress over time.

Drawing on materials from the CDI and the Gatsby Benchmarks, careers leaders will develop a cohesive curriculum that considers learning in a range of contexts, including extra-curricular visits.

Intended Outcomes

Careers leaders will be able to articulate the aims and rational of their curriculum, giving examples of how skills and knowledge progress over time.
