Welcome to Careers Hub Luton

Careers Hub Luton helps schools and colleges to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks and improve career aspiration outcomes for young people. We work with twenty five school and colleges across Luton, Dunstable and Houghton Regis. 

The Hub is a community of best practice to ensure schools and colleges have a shared vision of how they plan to work together, to improve careers education for young people and ultimately, the single point of contact for employers and providers to engage with the education sector.

Our Aim

Our aim is to improve careers provision across the local area, by integrating careers into the curriculum, helping to ensure young people are work ready, with a good awareness of the careers and skills set needed to have a rewarding careers.

The overall ambition is to bring together local schools and colleges and work closely with universities, training providers, employers and career professionals, to create a collaborative network where we can share and focus on best practice.
